The Double-barreled Firearm is Gene Starwind's secondary weapon. As the name suggests, it is a dual barreled gun, bearing a resemblance to a sawed off break-action shotgun with a pistol grip.
Overview[]
Gene uses the weapon in instances when he needs more firepower than his usual semi-auto pistol can provide rather than waste up his limited supply of caster gun shells.[2] Occasionally, he uses it to intimidate and hold up enemies, and can be seen playfully twirling the weapon around his trigger finger.[3] When not in use, Gene keeps it in holster attached to his right thigh.

- The weapon, although fictional, has some similarities to real life firearms such as the Ithaca Auto & Burglar, as well as the Russian made TP-82; a three barreled shotgun/rifle hybrid pistol issued to Russian Cosmonauts as a survival weapon.
- Although the weapon is break action, instead of folding down over the trigger when reloading, the rear of the chamber slides back.
