Leon Lau Introduced as a corporate tycoon who has amassed a travel empire in the last few years, he is saved by Angel Links when being held hostage by pirates. Leon Lau is shown as a generous and kind man, adopting Yayoi as his own child and opening an orphanage; however despite showing romantic interest in Meifon, he possesses a dangerously mysterious past of being the space pirate known as Goryu who was responsible for killing Chenho Li and the real Meifon Li.

In Japanese he is voiced by Kazuo Hayashi.
