The Short-Barrel Blaster is a small firearm and one of the many weapons in Gene Starwind's arsenal.
Overview
In its most basic form, the short-barrel blaster resembles a small revolver with a star emblazoned on the grip. Despite its name, the weapon can be customised with longer barrels and other various modifications, which are kept in the briefcase the weapon is stored in.[1]
It is only used once in the series by Gene on Guugaku, where it is shown to be ineffective against Tao Magic.[1] From that point onward, Gene favours his pistol, and the weapon is presumably left behind or confiscated when Gene escapes the Kei Pirates with Hilda, Jim and Melfina.[2]
